it was located in a fairly quiet area near to birmingham, staying here was a pleasure, we will be back, no reason to complain.

We had budget king room with a shower, the bedroom plus kitchen. The setting was comfortable.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had access to electricity and a clean toilet. The location was convenient, near a station and park.

Despite this, considering the price we paid, we were satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this place for budget travelers.

Perfectly fine place to stay in Birmingham, we stayed just 4 nights. Its bedroom facing garden was large. We truly enjoyed the owner.

Thoroughly enjoyed pretty much everything, no complaints whatsoever. The location was peaceful and comfortable, 15 minutes' walk from Hawkesley Farm Moat. Our stay there was NICE; would not hesitate to return here.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with currency recommendations. It suits me perfectly with free parking, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, pets allowed, and no smoking on-site. Coming back for Xmas.

The apartment was a chilled-out base for exploring Birmingham's popular places. We enjoyed the facilities, like an electric kettle, central heating, and a dining area.

For the money, it was excellent. It felt like an Air B&B experience with shared accommodation. Although I was surprised when the owner turned up, it turned out to be a very interesting experience. It was the cheapest place I’ve ever rented in the UK. The owner showed me to my room and then shared fascinating stories about conspiracy theories, aliens, and secret societies, which helped me fall asleep quickly. The property was spacious with large bedrooms, wifi, good central heating, and plenty of hot water for a shower. On-road free parking was available right outside.

I highly recommend this hotel.
